I came down there the other day for the first time and bought some meat. After a couple of meals I’m blown away. Wow! I never realized there was such a difference in quality.
I was fairly happy with my butcher and though I knew there would be a difference in steak I wasn’t aware of the difference in cuts of pork and other meat.
The staff were lovely and the service great too!
I have been known to walk out of a certain butcher in Underwood (you know the one) ready to kill someone so angry with the lack of service
It’s refreshing to get old fashioned service – on top of the quality of the meat!
I think it’s fairly safe to say – I’ll be back.

Okay this is the last time I’m going to do this or you will think I’m some sort of sycophantic freak! – but WOW
I came down to your chiller sale this morning – and Yee Gods what did you do to your staff – where are the grumpy, sour, miserable staff from every other store in town? I’ve never seen such helpful pleasant staff that go out of their way to help – what a difference (my son’s theory is that you bribe them with pork – his favourite currency!)
And the other part is the product – I haven’t eaten lamb for years because I found it just plain yuck – I bought a lamb leg from you and I’m picking at the left overs – it’s amazing – it is so different to the lamb I was buying before that it is incomparable. My dog is even climbing under the table and dancing trying anything for another taste – something she doesn’t normally do.
You have a customer for definite – thank you for showing us the difference at an affordable price.

The whole pickup of my order went perfectly mate. I just reversed the trailer up then one of your helpful butchers pulled the pallet out with my order & loaded it straight in. Also, well done to Michael the butcher who cut up my order as everything was packed & named perfectly & even the trimming of fat was at an extremely high standard.
I look forward to tasting the quality of the beef & lamb & if it’s nice & tender I’ll be one very satisfied customer.
