Now, prime cattle, lamb and pigs are bred and finished by their multi generational farmers, on their own farms and feedlots in Australia’s most pristine valleys just over the hill from you… and delivered to you by the shortest and most strategic supply chain.
To minimise the stress that causes meat to go tough, they are processed very close to where they live out their days. This more than anything locks in the flavour and tenderness that you dream of.
Even the way the meat is processed is different. Using a process called ‘natural fall’ the meat is teased from the bone… but only after days of seasoning on the hook.
Nothing is rushed… it’s all done with your eating experience in mind.
Bedrock Meat is unique in that customers enter directly into the chillers and purchase meat direct from the cartons or in cryovac. A True Super Butcher!
